It works with Windows 95, 98,NT,2000,XP Original Drivers that came with modem (NEW) Unzip the file SMTV92setup into a file/directory/ or onto a floppy (file size 900kb). Then install the new modem and boot up your computer. Windows will recognized the new modem. Specify the path where the drivers are. Modem will install.
