ActionTec PM560MS2 Driver. Actiontec V.90 Data/Fax PCI Modem with Motorola Chipset 62802-51. Also known as Ationtec Motorola SM56. Was sold with Dell Computers. Drivers may work with older Window O/S. Combined (updated) files from Dell's site with newer drivers from selling vendor. Unzip into directory, install modem, search for best drivers to the unzip directory.
