Aceex Motorola SM56 Modem Serial Wave Device Driver. This driver is for the Aceex PCI Modem with the MOTOROLA chipset, not the Conexeant Chipset. Try vhcf5-9x.zip if you have the conexant chipset. This driver lists the modem as a Motorola SM56 PCI Modem, but motorola drivers won't work with.. this ia an Aceex driver, works like a charm.
