Motorola Driver. Took me ages to find this driver for the Motorola-SM56k speaker phone modem
File Contents: and finally got a driver which will work with win me, win 2000 or XP. Is a simple exe file which knows where all the files belong. But before you install remove your current driver and you should have no problems. Also do a reboot after uninstalling your current driver. Hope it works well for you as it did for me.
