Shark Multimedia SMM4201 Driver. This driver is for a Shark Multimedia Leopard Win56K Fax/Speakerphone 8 bit ISA modem. Win 98SE detects the modem as a SMM4201. The chipset is a Motorola 62099-51 or 82002352. I removed all modems in Device Manager and rebooted machine. When Windows detected my modem I told it to go to the location of these files and it installed and launched the setup program automatically. Good Luck!!
