File Contents: 47xxdisk.exe is the Windows 3.1 and Windows 9x 33.6 original driver for the 4714US and several other Hayes models.
The file EX32198b.exe file is the flash upgrade to take the modem from 33.6 to 56k V.90. It's only for the External 4714US model. There are 2 text files also included that explain what each file is for and what modems are supported. Please read them before using either file.
