Conexant RS56-PCI R6793-12 MW560CI PCI\RS18003 Driver. Generic Conexant ver.4.06.08 Works fine with the Mac Systems (www.macsysco.com) modem that came with my HP Pavilion. Mac had an older ver. on their site. This comes with an .exe for setup and a readme.
