I already uploaded the Windows9x version.
Please notice None of the drivers for this modem found at the Creative web site work. I got this off the original install CD ROM that came with the modem. I have installed this modem with this software and had NO problems.
The "official" name for this modem is "Sound Blaster Flash 56k V90."
