Askey Computer Conexant V1456VQH-R7 Driver. P/N 98453127 Rocket Deluxe. Chip says Conexant RH56D/SP-PCI R6795-11 Bought from Fasser in Knoxville TN. No other driver would work. Finally went back and got the CD from them. Shows up as HCFModem Conexant PCI Modem Enumerator. Listed in control panel as Conexant HCF V90 56k Speakerphone Fax Modem
