Intel f0082ac2h059362 Driver. I used this driver for a PCI 2.2 V.92 modem with an Intel chipset created by Ambient Technologies.
File Contents: Use winzip or some other utility to unzip the driver. Go to control panel and click on system. Go to hardware. Right click on your modem and go to properties. Click on update driver. When prompted for a path select the directory you unzipped the drivers. When complete you will have a digital microsft verified Xp driver.
