Cirrus Logic I-200/212 Driver. This ISA 56k modem is manufactured by Turbocomm but they provide the generic driver from Intel.Modem has two Ambient chips MD5660DT-M-A/MD4450-SC-B and one small Cirrus LOgic chip MD1724T-11VC-B on it.This is the best driver i could find.Works very well
