Web Excel rs56 / Seaker Phone PCI Driver. This is for a Rockwell/Conexant/Web Excel PCI 56kflex & V.90 auto-detect Fax Modem.
File Contents: This will also work on Windows ME.
To install.......(its simple) - Extract the zip file to its own folder, goto system/device manager, find you're modem, click on properties/driver - then update driver by browsing for the folder of the extracted downloaded file. This Driver should connect at 52kpbs which is faster than the original driver (connects at 49kpbs. Hope you like!
