3Com 872526 or 6000758 or 0613 Driver. All of the Model #'s are on this modem either on stickers or printed on the board. On the board it say's it's a 3Com also is say's it's a USROBOTICS. I got the driver's threw gateway. So I guess it's that. But it's could be any or all of them. This driver seem's to work well and it's the only one of it's kind that I can tell that is on this site. I've look every were to find this. Glad to help out.
