Aztech Labs AZT3013 Pnp Driver. Install the .inf in c \windows\options\cabs and also snd4eur.cab. Remove the old modem from the control panel (important) and in the registry (regedit) remove the entries corresponding to AZT3013_DEV0004 (very important) Then restart your computer and that's right
