Lucent Technologies Voice Modem Serial Wave Device Driver. This is an V.90 FlashUpgrade for the 33.6 Voice/Fax modem. Extract file in temp dir. click on setup and file should install modem. IF NOT than Contents include numerous 56K *.inf files. Try selecting adding modem through control panel, select "Don't detect modem," "have disk" and select newest driver by date.
