Conexant Conexant Driver. This Driver is for Internal Modems with Rockwell Chip sets.
When I use the modem in windows 98 the mouse doesn´t work. This is because the IRQ of the mouse is in conflict with the COM3 port. To fix this problem you delete the mouse from the System Resources and then refresh to install it again. Be sure that the IRQ for Mouse Com Port is diferent of the IRQ of the port of the modem.
