3Com 3cp3298-del Driver. If you look at the modem and US Robotics 0727 is silk screened on the board you have the same modem.
File Contents: To install
You will need to double click on the .exe to extract the files.
Go into Device Manager and delete all referenced to the modem.
Reboot the computer.
When the computer boots up into Windows 95/98 it should detect a PCI Serial Device.
Point to the place where the files were extracted.
A US Robotics 56K modem should be found.
