Cirrus Logic CL-MD5620 Driver. Driver for CL chipset, 56K voice/fax/data, MD5620, including some modem utilities, should work for any Cirrus Logic, came from a GVC brand. CL has a thing for Com port 5, so use the comfix!! Read-Me file has decent instructions...
