3Com Driver. These are 3 files that are needed to install the USR ISDN TA modem using a USB connection. The files are not on the Win98 CD. Only the 2nd addition of Win98. Attach your new modem and Win98 asks for the drivers disk. Then it will search the Win98 CD for these 3 files. It will say files not found. Point Win98 to the location of these files and you're done.
