Well FM-56PC-PT Driver. Just run this self-extracting zip file and it will ask you where to unzip the files to. I suggest the A drive. Then go to your device manager and upgrade the driver (assuming you have one already). This driver provides v.90 & FLEX protocols in both Windows 95 & 98. The chipset used in this HSP modem is a PC Tel PCT388P & the driver date is 7/8/98. Hope this helps someone. It took me awhile to locate a v.90 driver for this modem.
