File Contents: Using Device Manager, Remove your modem install the drivers in a folder or any directory you choose, Temp is easy to find. Shut down computer, reboot, then choose to find modem drivers using the Have Disk Option when prompted by Windows. After you have installed the software and modem, reboot to energize the modem.
