Comments:
Lucent Technologies Driver. Not to much work to do. Just install the package using
File Contents: rpm -i verify that /dev/modem is linked to /dev/tty/Lt0 by using ls -l /dev/modem then use grep lt_ /etc/modules.conf to verify that alias lt_serial is loaded in modules.conf, then use lsmod to verify that your lt_ driver is not loaded yet, then load it using [root@localhost /dev]# modprobe lt_serial and finally, use tail /var/log/messges. that's all you need to get connected to the internet using an LT Winmodem under linux mandrake 8.0 platform.
