Conexant COMPUSA P/N289204 Driver. I bought this modem at COMPUSA and for the life of me could not get the software that came w/ it on a Computer Associates disk to install the Enumerator, it would install the modem just fine. After much smoke coming out of my ears and a couple hours of webcrawling I found this one that works like a charm! I extracted it to a folder I created, then clicked Setup and followed the prompts. When it came time to select the driver I hit the Browse button and selected the path to the folder I had created ie D \Drivers. "D" being my path and "Drivers" being the folder I created. Just remember where you created the folder and your off to the races! GOOD LUCK!!! DUTCH
