MaxTech xpvs56p/c Driver. This is the oem driver disk. After download, unzip to a folder or a floppy, then go to control panel and double click on the "Modems" icon. Then click "add". Next, manually search and locate folder/floppy where you unzipped to. Works with Win95 or 98. Tried with XP, no luck, sry. -)
