Cypress Semiconductor agere 90109 Driver. This is for modem in Hewlett Packard hp pavilion XT933, but this same modem was used in other hp machines. Identification on chip itself is 1648c-tv3 FCC# is 2D7USA-35107-M5-E Model# IS 90109 also a E153169 is printed on modem. Hope this helps, took me 2 hours to find this driver the first time.
