Conexant Spirit Panther V.90 dual-Mode External (FM-56FT) Driver. I have need to find a driver as badly as I did this one. I have nearly zero knowledge of how they work only that you need them. In this case being for my modem, I just used the usual method, settings, modems etc, search for driver, yes have Disk. Presto, I was on line, that handshake sounds brilliant after 2 days spent searching for this driver, and it was in my own back of Aus that I found it.
