PC Chips HSP56 Driver. This will work great with windowsxp if you can go back to a restore point(you can find this in sytem tools-go back to some date) when you didnt install anydriver for your modem (or) if you cant find this reinstall windowsxp and install this driver directly before installing anyother driver for modem. Trust me it works if you gonna do like this.
