PC Tel HSP56 MicroModem Driver. I worked so hard to get this one that I thought that some of you would appreciate to get it as well. This is the driver for the 8738AM device found on motherboards such as the M748LMRT built by PcChips. This driver is PC-TEL version 7.64-pcc-06, dated 7 January 2000. Originally, my modem was resetting a lot, but with this update, and the latest BIOS on the motherboard (January 2000 as well), I got everything working very reliably. I'll try to upload the BIOS update as well, and the recipe on how to do it too. Good luck!!! I hope this helped.
