Hewlett Packard (HP) Voice Modem Serial Wave Device Driver. This is the only driver I tried that worked on this Lucent LT Winmodem in a HP Pavillion 3266 running W98. I believe it is based on the Lucent 1643 chipset. I tried many drivers before getting this one. Easy install, just copy to your hard drive and double click. Hope this helps someone.
