US Robotics Sportster 0481 Driver. This is for a US Robotics 56k Internal modem that has Sportster Model 0481 printed on the board. The drivers will work with Windows 95 or 98. The white sticker with a very long number will have 005683-03 on it starting in the middle. This worked perfectly. For more help click on Product Code in red in the first line of their support page.
