Mecer USB ISDN TA 128K Driver. This is a small external usb isdn modem common in South Africa. I eventually found this driver on mecers old ftp site. The chip utilised is a ST5481D. I am currently writing this on XP Pro using this driver. Extract to a directory & then do a local install using that directory.
