Conexant rs56-pci Driver. I found a driver for a rs56-pci for win xp here it worked great.there are a lot of drivers here for a lot of diffrent OSs an modems PLEASE READ THE README FILES .i had problems till i read the "how to" files on instllations ...."admins of this site please put this where it will do the best for all .....maybe this will help .
