US Robotics USR 5695 Driver. This driver is for the 3Com/USRobotics 5695, and is currently installed on my daughter's computer running Win98SE.
File Contents: It eill work on any Win9X, and maybe on Win2000 OS.
After unzipping the USR56k.zip file to an empty folder you have created, there will be 4 files
1. mdmusr.zip
2. mdmusrv.inf
3. USR5695_9X.exe (self extracting)
4. usrwave.inf
I installed the drivers by copying the 2 inf files (mdusrv.inf & usrwave.inf), to a 3 1/2" floppy disk (drive A \).
Upon installing the modem, when Win 98 asked where to find the inf files, I pointed to the A \ drive (default), and had no problem.
Just in case, I have included
1. mdmusr.zip, and 3. USR5695_9x.exe.
