GVC D-1156IVT1+/R5 Driver. This is a GVC riptide modem/sound card combo.Found in some HP machines.
File Contents: You may have to force windows to use this driver-it worked for me.
The sound driver will say it is missing a file, but just choose 'skip file' & it still works fine.
