This is an ISA hardware modem with two Texas Instruments chipsets covered by blue stickers with V90 symbol on them.Manufacturer is PC-ROUND and i could not find their site.For plugnplay short jumpers B,3,and 5 with 7 .The modem works well in WIN98se.Don't forget to unzip the file.Enjoy.
