US Robotics 117100 Driver. This was sent to me from U.S. Robotics. I asked for a Sportster 33.600 V.34 Plug and Play with V.42 bis and Fax/Voice (Product Code - 00117100). Not exactly what I asked for but it works fine. hope it works for you. I#m still searching for the exact driver
