In control panel, add/remove programs,
remove the rockwell HCF modem.
Then in modems, remove the rockwell modem. Reboot and windows will
detect the HCF pci enumerator. When
asked point to the directory you just
created and it should install both
the enumerator and the modem with
the latest drivers. Ian
