Newcom 33.6kbps internal or external modem Driver. I got this driver file from DriverGuide (thanks!!!), and I edited it slightly to make the modem appear under the manufacturer "Newcom." Before, the manufacturer was came up as the model number, which was long and messy. Hope somebody finds this useful.
