US Robotics 0613 Driver. This modem has Model 0613 printed on the back. Couldn't find drivers for it anywhere. Found some newsgroup discussions that claimed it was a Gatewy OEM from USR but none of the gateway drivers worked either. A customer had the original installation disks and this is a zipped file of that disk. It also is supposed to work under w3.1. Win95/98 finds the modem as USR 56k WIN INT.
