KASAN Electronics Co. Xceed 56k Modio Driver. This is a driver for AD1821JS chip based Xceed 56k Modio (Modem + Audio) ISA Card it was extracted from Windows 98SE and tested on Windows ME. During the install it may be an error that "testinst.ini" is not in system folder, so you may copy it to C:\WINDOWS\System if it is not there.
